Are you ready to have your heart melt and "happy dance" with joy every time this little six-month old fur angel comes bouncing toward you and stops, reaches up with his front paws to be picked up and cuddled? Then Javier is the sweet fur baby of your dreams!

What's still amazing to Javier's foster mommy is that he is totally housebroken!

Javier-slingHis little presence shines a huge light on all that meet him. Little Javier is just pure delight and preciousness. Weighing in, thus far, at 10 pounds 10 ounces he may grow just a bit more. His foster mom found that if she needed to do chores and Javier was insistent she dote on him, he was very happy to be placed in a baby pouch and be carried around the house.

Javier loves his little toys, tossing them in the air, cuddling his plushy turtle. He does like to rearrange shoes to various locations. His nyla-rings keep him very happy and busy for his little baby chewing needs. Javier is as close to having a happy, perky baby in the house (without the diaper changes) as one could get.

Javier is ok with being crated when you need to be out for short trips during the day. Yet he loves to fall asleep beside you when it's night-night, lights out time. Someone who is home during the day and is ready for the most amazing co-dependent relationship with the most precious lucky charm called Javier would be behooved to apply. Get ready for a happy new beginning.

Javier can be timid at first and comes running to be close if he gets startled by strange loud noises. He's had a very courageous and scary beginning while out on his own (found in dire straits in a cemetery in Texas, yet rallied within 24 hours of much needed medical attention from dehydration, etc. He's a sweet brave baby boy).

Javier is quite comfortable with another dog who is ready for a good buddy. There is something beyond special about this little darling.

Javier's wish list is for a stay-at-home family member (or works out of the home), and a fenced yard so he can run, play, and investigate to his heart's content. He would love a buddy to run and play with. His forever home must be willing and want to have a very sweet and loving puppy. He seems even sweeter than is typical with Havanese so he will want lots of lap time, belly rubs, and love.

Javier is being fostered in TX.

A donation will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended donation amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any.  A completed application is required if you are interested in adoption. Thank you for considering a rescue dog!
