Duke loves to play fetch and never seems to run out of energy to play! He is very quick and can catch the lizards in his Florida back yard, loves to go on walks to explore new things, and will follow his family members everywhere. He doesn't complain about being groomed but he is a picky eater.
Duke is good with kids, cats and very mild dogs; is fully house trained and knows several commands including sit, down and stay. He takes snacks gently from your hand and even seems to smile at you. He is crate trained although he would prefer his owner's bed at night.

Duke's wish list includes:
A family with kids
A fenced yard to explore
Several daily walks
People who like a dog to sit on their lap or snuggle next to them all the time
Someone to play with him
To be the only dog

Duke is being fostered in FL.

A donation will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended donation amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any.  A completed application is required if you are interested in adoption. Thank you for considering a rescue dog!
