My foster "mom" almost likes to call me "Jolly."  I love to be invited to curl up on her lap at the computer or while she watches TV.  I'm the quiet, defender-of-the-turf type but I have already learned not to be concerned with the neighbors, or with the cat.  I like to play with my fuzzy tennis ball -I can toss it and chase it by myself if "my" people are too busy to play fetch.

They have an older dog here who doesn't like to play so I don't pester her.  We both lay around near Mom, waiting for another errand or trip in the car.  I LOVE to go in the car.  I sit quietly in my harness and look out the window or curl up to sleep.  They think I'm pretty smart because I learned the tricks of the home so fast.   Oh yeah, I'm housebroken but I play pretty hard when they leave and I get bored.  I don't chew things up but they try to remember to put me in my crate whenever they leave.  I don't mind it; I sleep there at night anyway.

Besides your affection and control of my watchful instincts, I need a yard to explore, regular combing of my coat and daily clearing away of my dried tears.  I'm a handsome dude, ready for anything you have to offer.
