Lyla is a "puppy mill" angel, very shy and timid and working hard at fitting into living with a real family. She is an itty bit of a sweetheart, weighing just over 8 lbs and is 4.5 yrs old. She seems to find comfort in sleeping in front of the Christmas village lately, perhaps dreaming of her new home that is right around the corner.

Lyla loves going for long walks and is learning appropriate social behaviors from the resident dogs. Which includes sleeping in bed with everyone at night and following the human dad around the house when he is home.

Lyla eats in her crate but isn’t very fond of it otherwise as that is where she spent the first 4 yrs of her life. She continues to work on her housetraining and learning that being held is a time for cuddling and loving. Lyla is a very special little angel and will make the right family feel very blessed to have her in their lives.
