Celia is an 11 month old, chocolate cutie-pie! She is just about housetrained, and working on her manners and approprate behavior. She's lucky enough to be able to enjoy the love and attention of her new fostermom right now.
She has a very sweet temperament, and an enormous amount of energy; she follows her foster mom whereve she goes -- the typical Velcro Havanese!
