He is getting along fine with other dogs in his foster home and is warming up to his brand-new foster family in Missouri as well. Not surprising given his young age, Stormy is working on house training. 
Born with a condition called patent ductus arteriosus, Stormy currently takes medication twice daily to address this heart condition. He will require surgery to correct his heart when the doctors think he s strong enough. Stormy won't be available for adoption until he has had the surgery to close the shunt, and a fundraiser will be set up on his behalf. In the meantime, we'll continue to share more about this darling boy s journey to a healthy life.
