Mitzi spent her entire life living in a puppymill and came to us, terrified of almost everything,… loud noises, sudden moves and people.
She enjoys collecting the stuffed animals given her, and takes them into her crate. Her favorite is a little yellow duck that she seems to treat like a puppy. She seems to enjoy watching TV and gave “Marley and Me” a paw up!
She has finally begun to play with the resident dog, and they cuddle up on the dog bed exhausted afterward.
She has been attending Social Hour and Agility classes as an observer, and has become comfortable enough to get a bit involved lately.
Mitzi is probably about 5 or 6 yrs old, and has had some dental work done and been spayed. Her foster mom will continue working with her, to build up her confidence and help her to know that she can finally trust people, and that there will always be fresh water, food and plenty of love for her.
