Oscar is a mellow little dude who is affectionate and sweet. He has adjusted quickly and seamlessly to life in foster care and gets along well with everyone he meets, both two and four legged! Oscar loves to eat and go for walks. He follows his foster mom everywhere in hopes of the next snuggle session. He is curious, loyal and super easy, a dreamboat! He rarely barks and is moderately active. How can you resist all this AND that adorable face!
