Miss Frannie was 12 years old when she came to HRI and had serious medical issues which required surgical intervention. Lovlingly cared for by her foster mom, she recovered beautifully and was subsequently adopted by her caring foster family.

Frannie had two wonderful years, filled with love, before she passed peacefully, on September 4, 2010. She will be missed by all who knew her.

These photos were taken in July when beautiful Miss Frannie and her mom, Pat, attended the Havanese National Specialty in San Francisco. Miss Frannie and Pat participated in the Rescue Parade.
