Exuberant, one-year-old Murphy is a mixed bag of incredible dog traits needing the right forever-human to maximize his potential. He can be bouncy and playful, exerting all 17 pounds as forcefully as possible onto unsuspecting people holding coffee cups. However, he can be somewhat shy and aloof given the situation, and he simply doesn’t have time for cuddling. Too much to do! He loves his toys – especially the ones that squeak. He enjoys catching them if you toss them, but the idea of sharing them with you so you can toss them again isn’t his thing.
Murphy is crate trained and working on house-training. A fenced yard would be ideal for this bouncy youngster who
would love to have a home with dog(s) and a mature female(s.) The idea of a home with men or children under 11 doesn’t appeal to him at this time.
Murphy is healthy, fully vetted, and microchipped. He enjoys walking with humans if he trusts them. He currently prefers walks with humans only. He will walk at your heel and sit when you stop. This little guy has great potential to fill the right home with love, laughter, and a new zest for life. Could that home be yours?
A fee will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended fee amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any.
