Remington Prince has big puppy energy to match his big name! He is very active and loves to play and chase after his toys. Long walks are also on his favorite “to do” list. His chocolate brown face as well as his affectionate and goofy personality are hard to resist. Remington gets along with everyone he meets, unless you are a cat. He hasn't figured out that they are not toys, which has been problematic - at least for the cat!.
When it is time to settle down, Remington loves being right by his person. His ideal spot is a warm lap, but he will find another place to sleep nearby if a lap is not available.
Remington Prince does not like to be left alone and has had some separation anxiety issues, but we have found that the company of another dog is enough for him to know everything is okay. Ideally, his new home would have a dog companion or two! Remington also needs a small amount of continuous and consistent house training to perfect his skills in this area, but he is very close to having this process figured out. Finally, we are working on teaching Remington not to nip and chew inappropriate items as he can be a bit mouthy when playing and recently chewed off his harness.
Remington Prince is currently being fostered in MI.
