Frannie, who is almost 12 years old, came to Rescue with some major medical issues that required surgical intervention. She was evaluated and tested by specialists and, though not without risk, she was cleared for surgery to make her remaining years more comfortable.
While all of HRI waited, sending healing thoughts her way, surgery took place and she was found to have some pretty impressive bladder stones which had been causing her incontinence! You could hear the nationwide sighs of relief as news went out that she'd come through surgery well and that she was discharged to her new home for recuperation. She's doing well and enjoying her new surroundings. Photos will follow when she's ready to pose!
