Adorable Topsy loves everybody. She is highly intelligent and eager to please. Topsy cocks her head as she listens attentively to her foster mom, who swears she understands every word she says. Topsy adores her mom and is always by her side. Topsy is very laid back and would rather hang out than run. She spends her day lying in the sun on the lanai but she also likes taking walks. Foster mom has her on a walking schedule and a weight loss diet so she can shed a pound or two. 

Sweet Topsy is content to sit on the sidelines observing the others, she is still learning how to engage in play. When riding in the car she curls up in her crate and falls asleep quickly. Topsy would do well in a quiet household or apartment. She would be fine with older, considerate children and she enjoys the company of both women and men. Topsy gets along great with other dogs, but has never been with cats.

A fee will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended fee amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any.  A completed application is required if you are interested in adoption.
