Gentle and sweet, little Gizmo takes a minute to warm up to new people. Once he is comfortable however, he will shower them with kisses. In return, this boy would welcome belly rubs and head scratches for as long as you will keep it up!

Gizmo is a true Velcro dog and will happily keep you company all day including during bathroom breaks. His most favorite activities (in no particular order) are chilling on the couch, napping and meal time. He is very food motivated. He is also very submissive. There is not an aggressive bone in his body.

Gizmo walks well on a leash and gets down to business very quickly outside. He doesn't require a great deal of exercise but enjoys strolling and sniffing when given the chance.

Loud or chaotic households would be stressful for Gizmo, and he would do best with older, considerate children.

Gizmo barks to communicate, so apartment living might not be the best option for the little dude.

Gizmo gets along with other dogs, but he has not met a feline friend while in our care.

 Gizmo is currently being fostered in Florida.
